It's the most wonderful tiiiime - - - of the year

So, Thanksgiving came and went so incredibly fast.....It's hard to believe that we (I) wait all year for this time of the year...and then blink and it's come and gone. That sucks. But Turkey Day was nice this year. Clayt came down and hung out for a few days while Jen (Clayt's wife) went to St. George for her sister's 2nd baby's birth-day. In preparation for the feastivities, the desserts were prepared the night before (like always), and mom and celeste and Jess watched "My Sister's Keeper" (masochists. such a sad movie!). On Thanksgiving day, mom did almost all the cooking that (per usual), but I did a salad, dad did some awesome mashed-potatoes (seriously. here's the URL to the recipe: www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/velvety-mashed-potatoes-recipe/index.html), celeste did the stuffing and Jess helped here and there with just about everything, while the boys set the table :) team work. The only way to fly....especially with so many of us! Pictures to come...
